The inspiration for the BEVZA SS24 show during New York Fashion Week blooms from the beautiful and eloquent marigold flower. Kyiv-based designer, Svitlana Bevza, brought a touch of 90s inspiration to her collection by infusing it with minimalist whites, elegant silhouettes, and a luxurious loungewear aesthetic. However, the primary muse – the marigold – finds a strong accent in both the fabric prints and the shoes, lending a subtle yet cohesive consistency to the entire collection. Bevza conveys that the marigold embodies the essence of ‘a mother’s love and revival,’ a sentiment that resonates powerfully in her capacity to introduce rejuvenating styles while preserving a sense of warmth and familiarity throughout the collection.
