Madre de un Ave — the filmic counterpart to the photo series we unveiled earlier in Glamcult #143 The DEEPREAL Issue— now lifts its wings into motion under the vision of Peruvian art director Manuel Bianchi Ferrand.
Madre de un Ave feels most itself drifting through an atmosphere that is familiar yet strangely distant — as if it had been seen in a dream, a nightmare, or simply somewhere online. It takes in an overload of references and returns them in a more personal, quieter way. The piece leans into maximalism and exaggerated gestures, moving through a kind of neo-baroque sensibility shaped by excess and emotional distortion. Through the characters, those gestures find a place to rest, becoming something closer to feeling than performance.
