Few can sing through the heartache of yearning like Arlo Parks. On her new single 2SIDED the English indie pop songstress keeps it delicately undone under subdued high hats and hushed synths. Leaving just enough space to hesitate, 2SIDED succinctly communicates the lovestruck haze of wishing you knew the feelings in your crush’s mind. In the accompanying music video, we find Arlo in a dancefloor daydream, as she moves between hazy club and atmospheric space, bathing blurry prismatic lights along the way.

As the first single from the upcoming album Ambiguous Desire, 2SIDED offers a first peek into her most nocturnal era yet. Created with producer Baird, the new project experiments with modular synths, samplers, and glitchy textures paired with Parks intimate lyrics.
