Cara Delevingne shows us how denim is done in G-Star RAW’s new Fall campaign

As the colder months approach and we embark on a search for the perfect pair of jeans, G-Star has our backs. The new Hardcore Denim campaign features the one and only Cara Delevingne – a trailblazer of style, renowned for her rebellious and outspoken attitude in the modelling world. And G-Star approaches its new collection with the exact same vision! Encouraging the world to do the most and be unapologetically themselves, they have once again rebirthed the meaning of denim. The keepers of gold standard quality denim have officially launched their latest campaign, showing two key styles (rocked by Cara ofc): The Stray and Type 49.


We all know that you can’t go wrong a straight fit with an ultra high-rise. And taking inspiration from the iconic girl gangs who rebelled against austerity in the 50s, The Stray reimagines the look for the new generation of revolutionaries. Celebrating youth and defying gender norms, The Stray puts a contemporary spin on a classic style.

The Type 49, on the otherhand, is designed for both men and women; bringing modernity to the prototype of a perfect fit – a high rise and a relaxed straight leg. What more can we ask for?

Now, we have to shout out some of our fave pieces! First, a boxy fit deep denim jacket perfect for layering throughout the year, alongside a staple pair of dungarees which are waiting to be styled up – styled down – or however you best please. We are also obsessed with the denim baseball cap.
