A sweetened glitched-up ode to siblinghood
Sibling darlings, power-duo bandmates, and Glamcult faves Lulu and Angel of Frost Children, begin this February with freshly released single “SISTERS” featuring Australian EDM maestra Ninajirachi. This dream team straight out of cool-electro-kid heaven cheekily smiles back to the title track of Frost Children’s 2025 album “SISTER.”
In the new single, Lulu’s original melodic opening vocals leave space for Ninajirachi’s tender verse, nestled in her own childhood memories. The opening guitar riffs take the listener to what feels like a warm safe haven, where you’re let into their sacred and caring world of siblinghood. The instrumental is totally reworked with an explosive EDM drop recognisable of Ninajirachi’s gut-punching, serotonin-heavy digital skills. The release of this powerhouse link-up is visualised by a glitch-heavy, high-gloss, and high-speed montage. Shots move rapidly between Frost Children having fun on a both frosty (no pun intended) and sandy beach, with Nina piercing through the sequences to join them. The pace of the pixelated shots picks up with the beat change; sweetness has never been louder.
