Patta Soundsystem x Mila V

If you know us here at Glamcult, you’ve probably caught on to our love for Mila V and the multi-hyphenate artist she has become. Alongside us, unsurprisingly, the musical powerhouse has also been long in the hearts of Amsterdam-based athleisure brand, Patta, working with them on several creative projects throughout the years. Celebrating this fruitful relationship, and in true Patta Family-syle, the brand and Mila V have launched into an official collaboration as a part of their Patta Soundsystem project — presenting, CRACKS, Mila V’s brand new record.

A love letter to electronic music, CRACKS is an EP rooted in Mila’s growth, and proves as a reflection on the creative industry, citing the work as a reaction to the ways she would once suppress her artistry in order to not intimidate her partners. But — no more — as CRACKS is a sonic journey of pure, intuitive expression, no holding back.

The CRACKS EP will be Mila V’s first-ever physical release and will be available for purchase in a one-off vinyl-pressing. And of course, alongside the vinyl, comes a collaborative apparel drop with Patta featuring a black Tee with the signature Mila V CRACKS graphics. It’s hot.

Printed with CRACK’s barbed typography and showcasing a haunting, bejewelled, hand reaching through the back, this is a truly collaborative endeavour which hails the music it is celebrating.
