Danish-born-based-in-Berlin artist Courtesy moves across DJing, curation, and visual art, developing a practice where sound, imagery, and performance come together. Her sets lean into experimental dance, radiating an uplifting energy while embracing the eclectic, euphoric, and playfully camp dimensions of club music.
Through her project Against Interpretation Club, she reimagines the nightclub as a site for experimentation, where unpredictability and participation shape the experience.
Courtesy is part of Beyond The Dark, the Glamcult TV x Salmari series unearthing DJs and producers who thrive where night melts into dawn. Raw, unrestrained, alive: this is music for the unseen corners of nightlife, where people, sound, and the unknown collide. Beyond the Dark, there is a light that never goes out.
