Kenyan by heritage and raised in Kampala, MC Yallah is a powerhouse of East Africa’s underground and a core member of the Nyege Nyege crew. Blending conscious and futuristic hip hop with grime, punk, trap and electronic sounds, she has been shaping the scene for nearly 20 years. After gracing the Glastonbury stage earlier this year, she brought the same energy to Glamcult TV, performing Kujagana from her new album Gaudencia, produced with Debmaster.
