Glamcult Selects #2 at Radio Radio: bringing the underground to the world
Glamcult Selects is striking back and doing what we do best: bringing together the trailblazers and genre-benders from our community for a night not to be missed. After the overwhelming success of our first edition (listen back here), we’re returning to the iconic Radio Radio to bless your ears and body with an unstoppable groove. Putting the spotlight on the hottest DJs from Amsterdam’s boiling underground, Glamcult Selects is a night celebrating dance, liberation and emerging talent.
In the true spirit of an underground rave, the event is FREE ENTRANCE but a closed door. Please put your name down ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram DM – the spots are going fast!
To get you in the mood for the night, let us introduce you to the carefully curated lineup of music prodigies and keep your eyes out for more info coming in the next few days…?
Arrocha’s sets are an eruptive mix of all our favourite things: fusing hot beats from her home in Canary Islands with UK’s breaks and bass, her sounds never cease to force us onto the dancefloor. Arrocha’s music is constantly evolving and continues to blend in European influences from Berlin and Rotterdam, making her a unique talent taking over Amsterdam’s scene. A woman of many talents, Andrea is also behind Rotterdam’s Operator Radio and is starting her own creative community, Tierra Sónica.
With a stage name as extravagant as his sound, DJ Premium Timeflex is a free-spirit bringing fun and experimentation back to where it belongs. Recognised by Baauer and Lunice for his eccentric style, DJ Premium Timeflex is not afraid to surprise the crowd. Spicing up Amsterdam’s sound, Oscar Klok is an avant-garde gem waiting to be discovered.
Geneevre’s futuristic beats are guaranteed to get you in your zone and send you into a different universe. Deconstructing everything we know about techno and club experience, Geneevre dictates the night and puts the dancefloor into a deep hypnosis. Have a peek at your own risk – for open minds only.
